Ed Tobias was elected to the Board on November 3, 2020. Ed has extensive background in almonds, walnuts and dairy. Ed retired from MID with 28 years of experience working as an irrigation manager handling water delivery, maintenance and pumping and monitoring groundwater levels. Ed moved to Oakdale 17 years ago and loves the community and the people living here.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Oakdale Irrigation District
