| The lands within the boundaries of the Oakdale Irrigation District, as shown on the Official District Map approved by the Board of Directors on December 5, 2000, have been divided into five districts for the purposes of electing five directors to serve on the Oakdale Irrigation District Board of Directors. The descriptions of those five districts are as follows:
DISTRICT ONE All the lands within the boundaries of the Oakdale Irrigation District, lying North and East of the following described borders:

Beginning in the City of Oakdale, at the intersection of Sierra Avenue and C Street; thence South on Sierra Avenue to F Street / Highway 108/120; thence East on F Street / Highway 108/120 to the intersection with Grove Avenue; thence South on Grove Avenue to H Street; thence East on H Street to Pederson Road; thence South on Pederson Road to J Street; thence East on J Street to the continuation of Pederson Road; thence South on Pederson Road to Sierra Road; thence East on Sierra Road to Wamble Road; thence North on Wamble Road, and crossing Highway 108 / 120 to a point where the Oakdale Irrigation District Boundary continues East (see District Map). |

Beginning in the City of Oakdale, at the intersection of Sierra Avenue and C Street; thence East on C Street to Valley View Drive; thence North on Valley View Drive, and continuing North, crossing the Stanislaus River and North to Rodden Road; thence North on Rodden Road to North Oaks Drive; thence East on North Oaks Drive approximately 100 feet to a point where the Oakdale Irrigation District Boundary continues East.
Excepting the lands North of Rodden Road and East of Twenty-Eight Mile Road within that portion of the Oakdale Irrigation District Boundaries.
